Excellent rooms, location and staff our 7 nights in room 118 over 2 stays in April. Loved it will definitely return. Great pools! Best rates for what you pay for as well, you won't be disappointed. Great location on the main strip close to dinner shows, restaurants, and shopping

This is a wonderful property, the price was reasonable even though it was during Spring Break. The staff very helpful, rooms clean, and the indoor pool extremely warm a huge plus since it was snowing outside! I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed only for one night but was very pleased. Price was great. Location was great. Very friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor pool. Pool area very clean. Front desk even furnishes you pool towels. Rooms were clean. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

First time staying at Colonial motel was very pleased.. Rooms were clean and rates were great, will be staying there again.. Not a fancy motel but who needs fancy, just a good CLEAN bed to be able to sleep after a day of shopping....

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. This was our second stay and will use them again. Used the pool and it was also very clean.The only thing that I could say that is needed is Teabags be added to the breakfast area
