Reserve our room and my daughter got sick and we needed to go home but they said they would charge us anyway and fought with us. We do understand that a situation may arise from time to time. Our property does have a strict 72 hour cancellation policy in effect, and does charge a guest one night room and tax within the 72 hour window. However if reservation is for more then one day, only one day is charged not the full length of the stay... More

I apologize for your experience at our property. However we do have a strict cancellation policy and any cancellations must be done within 72 hours before the date of arrival. Any cancellations after that window are charged one nights room and tax. “Terrible experience”

This hotel was awful it ruined my vacation. Had to beg to have the room cleaned and get clean towels. Pool and hot tub was filthy complained three times; was told would be fixed never was!!!!AWFUL EXPERIENCE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!!!

I certainly do apologize for your vacation being ruined, and understand the importance of traveling with family and having fun while on vacation. “Disappointed”

waited in line for almost an hour to check in, after finally getting the key the beds were FULL of bugs, waited in line another 45mins and got told bugs were normal! Left and they refuse to give a refund! very nasty motel. NOTHING like the pictures!

What I can tell you about that is it was a very busy weekend, and certainly do apologize for the delay at check in time. As far as bugs in the room, and all over the room and beds. That would not be possible. We would never rent a room to a guest that we would not sleep in ourselves.... More

“Very Disappointed”

The advertisements are way over rated. The pool is NOT heated. The continental breakfast was minimal and frozen. Run out of toilet paper. Have waited for 2 hrs for towels at the time. The rooms need updated incl. new furniture. We will never stay here again!

No, we do not have have a heated pool. Our breakfast buffet for continental breakfast includes Home Made Waffles, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Bread, Butter, Biscuits & Gravy, Cereal and Milk, Juice, Fruit salad, and is a pretty decent size.
