We were impressed with this Ramada. Conveniently located in the middle of Pigeon Forge next to restaurants, theaters, malls, etc. Front desk very friendly and accommodating with attractive lobby. Our room was very clean, bed comfortable, plenty of bath linens, and the hot breakfast was delicious.

Our room was clean but the beds were so uncomfortable. Hard bed. Overall, nice stay. But don't let the 'mountain view' room fool you.
