Rather disappointed in our choice of this hotel. Mariott. Gaylord. Opryland. All indicators caused us to believe this was a good choice. The beds were great, bar great after the Opry. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Our shuttle driver to the Opry was the sweetest 92-year-old man. Will definitely come back again and will recommend to all friends going to Nashville.
