Although staff and service were very good, the room was in need of major cleaning and renovation. Stained carpet, worn furniture, and overall lack of quality in the room. The rooms are in obvious need of updating and fresh appearance. Have stayed in many other Embassy Suites across the country that are in far better condition than this one.

Your standard Embassy Suites. The bed was very comfortable. The furniture was all clean. The bathroom was somewhat updated. The vanity was updated but the shower was not. The only thing wrong with this Embassy Suites is it is outdated and in need of a facelift. Other than that it provides the same excellent service and accommodations I have come to expect from Embassy Suites. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Good breakfast - a very nice selection of options. Beds were clean and I like having the spacious extra room. Beds were super comfortable. Bathroom decor was a bit outdated, but no other complaints. Very close to the airport.

The staff is excellent and friendly and the evening reception is very good. The breakfast is excellent and the pool and spa were sparkling clean. They are beginning to remodel so the experience should get even better.

Front Desk staff was very helpful. No issues with checking in or checking out. Cleaning staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was a little stuffy though. Excellent location as restaurants and stores were in a 10 mile radius.

I was particularly impressed with the lady that checked me in and out . This lady was in a wheel chair,but was extremelly pleasant . The lady at the bar that took my evening meal order was also the best. I have nothing bad to say about my stay . I would recommend this faculity to anyone visiting Nashville.

INEFFICIENT! You can get better breakfast @ WAFFLE HOUSE! Room not ready on arrival @ 9:00 PM. Had to ask for additional toiletries and pillows. Breakfast service was SLOW and range of choices poor! The only positive was the Chinese take out place nearby that delivered.

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, unfortunately room looked like it had not been updated since the hotel opened. Carpet was disgusting, shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Noise from wedding reception made it hard to stay in the room one night.
