Our recent stay was the worst experience in our lives. A pretty atrium and gardens. The rest was a nightmare. A small,overpriced ,average room. $18.00 a day resort fee, $26.00 a day parking,plus $2.45 tax on that, weird,overpriced,very average food in every restaurant. $20.00 per person for a 10 minute bus ride to downtown. This is a wonderful hotel with great southern hospitality. However,I can handle the $20-$26 per night to park since this is the way hotels are going now ,plus the $15.00 per person to take the hotel shuttle downtown.,but the $ 18 plus tax per day resort fee is unacceptable. My family and I stayed at Opryland Resort this weekend and it was flat out awesome! I appreciated every aspect of the hotel - Clean, fresh, fun and accommodating. Our family had fun at the pool and enjoyed (Jay) the bartender during our visit. We are really looking forward to our next stay!

We booked the room on priceline complete with "hotel fees & taxes. Stay here 3-4 times a year. Always request the same type room. Even after confirming over phone, the room I received was not as confirmed. Front desk was of no help.
