Spent two nights here as part of a family wedding group and every part of the time spent here was fantastic. We had a large family meal on the friday with people arriving at different times but nothing seemed to phase the waitresses and the food arrived fairly swiftly and was all delicious. Children were well catered for, and we... More

My brother-in-law and his wife have been coming here for meals for about twenty years and as this was the first trip in this area for my wife and I, they said "we have to take you there". Several revuers have referred to the building as being a bit "shabby" but I would like to call it "aged with grace"... More

My parents and I had Sunday lunch here during our Easter stay at a nearby campsite. On Good Friday the restaurant was already fully booked for Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday evening, but luckily they managed to squeeze us into the Sunday lunch time service. The views are breathtaking from the restaurant and in the warmer summer months the... More

We found The Druidstone quite by accident a two years ago, and have returned every year since. Make sure you find your way out onto the outside terrace as the views are just amazing. Lovely cream tea served with fresh strawberries - beautiful!

We stayed at Druistone between Christmas 2012 and New Year. We stayed in one of the cottages - The Round House" and ate in the hotel. Everything about Druidstone is amazing - it's relaxed, truly friendly, charming and quirky. The food is simply amazing - and the scenery stunning. We've booked again - in the hotel this time for a... Dined here last night after a friend recommended, being quite local I managed to find it ok and couldn't believe the view that welcomed me. Out of this world, entered into the hotel and was taken for a drink at the bar before taken to dnt table. Soon as I entered I felt at home, relaxed and comfortable. When I... More

Eaten here twice now and loved it both times. It's a very relaxed vibe whilst serving an interesting menu and great beer. Cliff top location provides stunning views of the sea and coast line. Children and baby friendly and v lovely staff. Will be back!

Went there as a large friend and family group, down to the bar to begin with. i had a lousy cold, but the surroundings and a couple of Bloody Marys and a Rusty Nail soon cheered me up. Struck me as very "arty". Beutifull views of the bay. Then upstairs for lunch, which was very good, shared some starters and... More

I can only speak for the food at the Dru , not as a hotel. However I go regularly for the feast nights. The Lebanese before Christmas was just the absolute best. It is all a bit chaotic, as someone else has said you have to guess what is what and queue up at the buffet but the actual food... More

We went for a meal here whilst on a short break in a friends holiday cottage. Found the atmosphere of the place really friendly, and welcoming. Artist's feel about the place and decorated really nicely. Food was wonderful- matched the place completely and was good value for money. We would definitely come back!!
