Great service high-end hotel. It was amazing. More than I usually pay, but $109 a night (discounted rate) for this location and level of serice was entirely worth it.

The rooms are amazing and service was outstanding, every staff member I was in contact with was very pleasant. The view of the city really set the pace. Taking the trolly downtown to Beale St was fun, great experience!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property in the last two years. We go down for my daughters volleyball tournament which is held at the Cook County Convention Center. This hotel is attached by a walkway to the Convention Center.
The hotel is clean, nice and quiet. The rooms are modern and updated and the bathrooms are...

Stopped in to visit Elvis and eat some great food, this was a good choice. Reasonably priced decent service clean rooms, close to everything we wanted. Simple reasonable you can't go too wrong

This is a large hotel focussed on visitors to the adjacent convention center to which it is attached by a walkway. For this purpose it is more than adequate. However, for a tourist visit to Memphis, it is a bit out of the way, although the tram line to the center of the city runs right by the back door....

I found it enjoyable each time. Great service, good location right downtown. Close to Mud Island.

I have stayed in many downtown Memphis hotels and was convinced they were all dumps, until I stayed at the Memphis Marriott. The bathroom was a good layout with good water temp and pressure; however, the shower head had a wide spray that was not adjustable. The vanity space was good. A good hair dryer was provided, but no make...

Suprising for a Marriott. But the service was sub par. As were the rooms.
It seems that this hotel feeds on the buisness of groups/conventions otherwise no one would be there.
The rooms were small and stuffy. They smelled like a gym locker. Maid service "forgot" to clean our room the first day we were there. They made up for...

A Fall weekend in Memphis - and at the downtown Marriott too! While the hotel isn't located in a pristine neighborhood, it is equisite. The grounds are very well kept, considering its "downtown" location; the interior is spacious, and the staff is very friendly, and eager to assist. The facility is across the street from the convention center, and right...

Occasionally, when I check into a hotel, especially on Priceline pre-pay, I let the front desk clerk know that I plan to write a review and will include a favorable mention of the clerk, if they give me an upper floor room with a view. Williams, from Buenos Aires, Argentina - according to his name tag, gave me a room...
