Small hotel but conveniently located. Great service, wifi, clean rooms and safe! It was a great experience and definitely would return again. The no smoking feature was very attractive. Parking was close to hotel and easy to get to.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean, warm, and quiet. The wireless was down the first day we were there, but the staff provided an alternate network until it got fixed. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast with fresh waffles was great. With the trolley line so close by this was a great spot to stay while exploring Memphis. We had a great bed, very clean room. All and all no complalnts.

Small, slightly out-of-the-way hotel that stacks up very well against the higher priced competition and the dumps in the same price range. Breakfast was a little limited, but (again) very good for the price. Staff was strained by being short-handed, but was very friendly and helpful. I'd really like to give it four and a half.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures! The elevators-not working. The hallways looks and feels like a cave. The room nice, however our room was overlooking someone's office. That same someone could clearly see n2 our room so we spent the week'd with the curtains shut.
