We stayed the weekend of Apr 12-14. The room was amazing. The bedding appeared clean. My husband fell in love with the entertainment center. Breakfast was nothing to sing about. Hotel is located close to Beale st. It's about 5 blocks away and if you don't want to walk it there is a trolly stop right behind the hotel that will take you there. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The front desk staff also very helpful and friendly. This ones a winner.

Had booked two nights, extended it to a third. The rooms aren't large, and the sink is located outside of the tiny toilet/shower area.
