“Extremely rude staff”

The hotel was fine but one particular member of staff was very rude and abrupt. She was very unhelpful and effectively told me to go away as she busy. Not the kind of service I expect in a hotel. “Unbeatable value on Bute”

We used the restaurant here as we were overnighting at a nearby Bed and Breakfast in Port Bannatyne. The Lodge faces Kames Bay, may be worth asking for a table at the window.
