This hotel is in dire need of a serious revamp. It is bordering on shabby. We had a groupon stay and after reading some of the reviews we were a bit apprehensive however we had a lovely stay. Yes the hotel is slightly tired,but the staff were very welcoming. I recently stayed in one of the brand new refurbished rooms at the Royal Hotel. It's safe to say it was worth the wait! There are still a few little details still to fix but overall a beautiful room, and as per usual great staff and service. Can't wait for the next stage of the decorating! More
