This was our second stay here and it was just as good as last time. We stayed in the room overlooking the canal and it was a lovely view each morning. Carol gave us advice on where to eat, where all the local amenities were and she made us feel very welcome on our arrival. Breakfast was superb and kept... More

This is the second time we stayed in this b&b and since the last time about 4 years ago it was just as we remembered it. The location is right by the loch and parking is on the street outside (was never a problem). Carol was very welcoming and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious. The decor was the same... More

We arrived on Saturday 18th June 2011 at around 6.20pm and the lady owner who met us was one of the bubbliest and attentive people we have met. She was very good at advising where to eat and where the local amenities were etc and even provided us with a map of the town. We got up the next morning... More

We stayed here for 1 night with my Mom 4 children and Sister and Brother In Law. We had a fantastic welcome from Carol. Rooms were perfect and the beds so cosy and comfortable. We will stay again and will recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a very relaxed stay to Loch Ness. More

We stayed at Caledonian House on 22/7/08. We were walking the Great Glen Way and stayed for 1 night. Our room was lovely. Very comfortable bed, just what we needed after a long days walk. The canal is just behind this guest house and we stayed on a very beautiful evening. Very convenient to just walk around the corner to... More
