We had heard good reviews of this hotel from friends but found it very disappointing.Very much a budget hotel, more premier inn than ramada, more travel lodge than holiday inn.The room itself was small but adequate. There were only 2 coat hangers supplied(his and hers). We had a drink in the bar before dinner and my wife sat in a lounge chair that nearly... Room was heavy with stale smoke smell on arrival, could hardly see in bathroom it was that poorly lit. Bed was like a slab of concrete, staff didn't ask once about our stay. Didn't complain because we were with wedding party and didn't want to cause worry with bride and groom but will definitely not be back. Very poor value... More

We booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding in Ballymena, but couldn't get a room at the wedding hotel. The hotel is out of the way but in lovely countryside. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, even booking us a taxi, when we just asked for a phone number. The room was very clean, big and the... More

Went to the Rosspark Hotel for their "Perfect Sunday" package on Sunday 17 March. According to the blurb the "Perfect Sunday" consists of browsing through the newspapers with complimentary afternoon tea, high tea in the restaurant, full Irish breakfast and a comfortable room. The hotel is spotless and warm - I hate to be cold. The room was pretty andcomfortable.... More

Check our reviews. we usually are very complimentary and definitely NOT serial complainers. I really can't believe we are the only ones who had such a poor experience here! The room had a small double bed and the shower looked good but only trickled and was warm not hot. We booked a Table for 7.30 for dinner. We Went down... More

I attended a wedding this month and stayed 2 nights. On arrival we found several faults in the room, made a list and took it to reception, one being one panel of the double glazing was broken and had a hole in the glass, tv was unwatchable due to Ariel and 2 minor complaints. We were offered another room however... More
