Stayed in a double room which had a comfortable bed and was clean. Hensleigh is more of a b&b than a hotel and a little over priced £220 for 2 nights! Needs some TLC to rooms and updating. Breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable.

We stayed at the Hensleigh recently, staff very friendly, but the rooms are dated and ordinary and massively overpriced.

We spent two nights with our children at the Hensleigh and I would recommend it, or stay again in a heartbeat. Positives: close to wonderful Charmouth Beach and an utterly charming lady called Ally to make your breakfast. Negatives: disappointingly dated decor, tired threadbare towels, a stained carpet and the scent of cooked cabbage. Sadly, the negatives outweigh the positives rendering this not good value for money.
