Having booked one of the Oyster caravans from the 3rd May we were very pleased with it as it was very comfortable and spacious just for the two of us, the central heating was lovely to have as first thing in the morning it was a bit chilly so in future will only book accomodation with the central heating. However,... More

We have just got back from a long weekend break at West Bay and absolutely loved it! We had a touring pitch rather than one of the static caravans. The views were amazing and pitches were a good size. We had our 2 children (6 and 3) with us who equally loved and would happily have stayed for much longer.... More

We have just spent 4 nights in a caravan at this site and I can safely say for the price we paid I was pleasantly surprised. Our van was lovely; clean, tidy and very comfortable..we had the heating on 24/7 (very chilly easter). My DD's would happily of lived there!!! The site was great, the girls loved the play park... It has to be said that west bay and the surrounding area are beautiful. I can't say the same for the caravan. You'd think that through the winter they'd do all the maintenance to the site and prepare the caravans. Not a bit for me, caravan was a bit of a shocker- tired, old, cramped, locks broken, table broken, not... More

We have just returned from a week staying on the touring site at West Bay Parkdean complex. The touring site itself is fine, the pitches are a good size and are relatively level. The grass pitches were very wet and we watched several people arriving and having to be rescued by a 4X4 (a touring regular problem I suppose). The... More

I originally booked camping for 2 nights for my partners surprise 30th Birthday. There was 25 of us kiddies and dogs included. Unfortunately for us the weather completely let us down and there was no way any of us could have camped comfortably in minus temperatues plus the wind and rain. A few of the group managed to book Caravans... More

Decent holiday home- clean and comfortable but bedrooms very cramped. Outdoor Play park excellent and our 3 year old enjoyed it but soft play area left a lot to be desired. On site restaurant dreadful- wife asked for fried egg to be well cooked as she is pregnant- the yolk was runny despite the white being fried to a cinder!... More

Well stayed here for a week in July and have to say i am not keen on these places but with 2 kids in tow it was a good option. Firstly it has minimal facilities on site, the typical 'entertainmant' venue with 'restaurant' selling fish and chips, burger and chips and everything else and chips. 'Entertainment' is karaoke, a bad... More
