Great little B&B in the countryside. Beautiful and peaceful Luke and Hannah are wonderful and Hannah does a cracking full English! Highly recommend and the local walks are breath taking. Very reasonable prices too.

I stayed down the road at Lowertown for two nights, while I was renting my own house out for the first time, during the week over Easter. I chose Lowertown because it is nearby, appeared to offer extremely good value for money, yet looked lovely on its website. I am so glad I did, because it suited what I wanted... More

Great 2 night unexpected stay on our uk honeymoon adventure. Found via a late night recommendation at the pub. Owners Hannah and Luke friendly and inviting. Had a great time out in the yard meeting the animals and chatting about their passion for preservation of the local area, dartmoor ponies and plans for their farm developments. Simple Warm clean comfortable... More

A great place to stay very peacefull and quiet. To stay on a working farm is a pleasant experiance with all the various animals wandering around this would be a perfect location for young children due to lack of passing traffic. I can only repeat all the positive remarks left by previous reviewers. That said we will be returning for another... More

What a wonderful place in the middle of spectacular countryside. Hannah made us most welcome and was most informative. The rooms were spotless and breakfast was great. Access to the surrounding countryside was easy from this location and well worth seeing. Very quiet and tranquil place to stay. Would stay again in an instant and we came from AUSTRALIA

I stayed here with my fiance as part of a birthday trip to Devon. The room was very cosy and clean, and the farm itself is very sweet with lots of farm yard animals wandering around as well as a heavy dose of swallows swooping above. Hannah was very welcoming and was happy to answer all of our questions, as... More

We stayed with 2 children for a week. This b&b is part of a working farm, with ponies and other animals on the doorstep. From the time we partked the car, it was absolutely silent. Accommodation is clean and comfortable with a shared bathroom and cozy lounge for watching tv in the evening. The guest rooms are heated by the... More
