We stayed on a B&B basis. The owners were polite and helpful, the room was very clean, comfortable and functional, as was the en-suite. The breakfast was excellent and the staff brilliant. The bar area was full of real character and the beer first class. We would thoroughly recommend. More

We stayed here when visiting friends nearby, the owners are charming and very helpful. The place was full of character but looked in need of a good clean. We ate in and had a great evening meal, and the breakfast in the morning was perfect. A good nights sleep with plenty of hot water in the shower. More

Reception on arrival not at all welcoming - rooms & general decor poor but were clean. Breakfast limited choice & not well prepared with weak coffee. Waitress serving was very attentive. Never will return. More
