“Brixham Pirate weekend”

What can we say! excellent, lovely stay, great hosts,very welcoming, brilliant breakfast set us up for the day. would recommend the kippers - lovely. What a gem of a find,The owners could not do enough to make you feel very welcome.The room no.5 my wife and I were given was at the top of the house and had a double bed and a single,hairdryer,tv and tea and coffee making facilities.The breakfast was the best we have had in any guest houses/hotels we have stayed... “What more can one say....”

This being our 3rd visit to this guest house,2nd visit to The Brixham Pirate Festival.We arrived on Friday evening and were greeted with a warm welcome by Pete & Jan.As usual the room was spotless,the breakfast-a full English or Kippers-sets you up for the day.We would recommend to everyone,only a 10 minute walk to the harbour.Stayed here for 3 nights... “Very warm and friendly with clean rooms”

Very friendly and thoughtful hosts who suprised us with a little treat at Easter for all the guests. Rooms were clean and food excelllent. Went above and beyond looking out for the delivery of some suprise flowers for my partner. All in all a lovely place to stay.

The family room we were in was at the top of the building 2 flights of stairs, last having narrow treads. Room was very clean with tea making equipment and was refreshed each day.
