“Great hotel with exceptional woodland walks”

Lovely Hotel, really enjoyed the swimming pool. The gardens and beautiful woodland walks a real bonus. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety and the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely come here again!

Find it very dificult to find fault - unusual for me(us). Lovely spacious room with a view down the glen, proper bath, good TV - no faffle WiFi. Staff welcoming, polite and helpful throughout. We like the Glenview, though it could do with some TLC - some of the corridor carpets are frayed and the paintwork in the bathroom cracked. But the ambience suits us and the staff friendly. Generally okay, but just lacks something. Attention to detail poor. Service varies enormously depending on who serves you. Restaurant lets the place down particularly. Nice view, but need to try harder to give diners a better experience
