Very Warm and helpful Staff who were very concerned about guests wellbeing. beautiful breakfest was made to order... choice of omletts,full irish, cereals and fruits.... tea/ coffee / toast. rooms need a small bit of updating(old farm style maybe?) but everything was spotlessly clean and comfortable... lovely comfortable bed and had a great sleep! We stayed at Moate Farm one night as we did a week-long loop through Ireland. We got an amazing package deal through Aer Lingus which included B&B vouchers. At first Kathleen, our hostess, was a bit standoffish, but quickly warmed up and chatted with us for quite some time over tea and cookies. She is a lovely, very friendly woman.... More

We absolutely loved our stay here! Kathleen could not have been more welcoming with the scones coming out of the oven as we arrived, good trick that! We had great chat, she is a fount of local information and the house is lovely. I stayed in this B&B recently and I have to say I really felt part of the family! The food, accommodation and hospitality were top class. Great scones! Best power shower in Ireland! Thoroughly recommend it. More
