Pleasant surroundings and nicely decorated. Unhelpful staff members. Dirty rooms, sheets torn and stained. Incomplete tea/coffee facilities, (no kettle) Some rooms were Health and Safety concerns. Very poor tiling. tiles moved when walked on and lifted away completely from ground. Exceptionally bad value for money.

An impressive hotel on the outside and reasonably efficient check in the room was ok if a little spartan it could also do with a few more towels and some proper shampoo containers and not just one sachet!! ok-ish overall but hardly perfect.
