Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Thank you for your review Michelle . We are delighted that you had such an enjoyable stay with us. You definitely were in for a Treat with our Retreat Suite which has incredible views of the Kildare countryside. Its great that your overall experience with us was an enjoyable one & especially in our Revive Spa, Janelle does an amazing job & will be thrilled to receive your comments. I will pass on your kind comments to Kathleen and the bistro team also. Best Wishes Mary and Team

Was there for a family wedding everything was absolutely amazing but the banging of doors during the night kept me awake, no noise from people just doors every 15mins. Everything else was absolutely beautiful ❤️ thank you for a lovely stay . We were in room 251.

An Osais Two nights in a very comfortable room with two dinners of top quality! Staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel is spotless and the grounds immaculate. There is no pool but you can use a pool in nearby Athny. For relaxing the foyer is lovely, comfortable chairs and view of garden.

I had my wedding here last week I had the most amazing experience, Made all the better by the fantastic staff. I cant say enough about all the positives. Location just stunning. Cleanliness 10 out of 10 everywhere. Food, simply divine from breakfast to Wedding dinner, to next day BBQ all amazing. But by far the feed back from my guests was mostly about the staff, they were all so friendly, kind and helpful.. from the manager to bar staff to the cleaners .. special shout out to Emma , John and Shauna ..thank you for making our time with you so special. Anybody planning a wedding would be crazy not to consider this hotel. Thank you all Colette and Andy Smith ❤️
