Our stay at Clareview was a real treat. Our hostess was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. She was always available with suggestions and help. \ We had a big problem with our rental car and had to unexpectedly exchange it for another at Shannon airport. This meant we had to seriously rearrange our plans for the day. Brenda made suggestions... More

Brenda, thank you for your hospitality during our stay at your home. Of all the places we stayed at while we were in Ireland during our two week vacation, yours was the best. Although we were just visitors, we almost felt like family the way you treated us. From the wonderful cup of tea and the scones upon our arrival,... More

I can't begin to say enough about the wonderful time we had staying at Clareview House. Brenda was a perfect hostess. Paying attention to every small detail from tea in the sunroom, to crisp beautiful bed linens, and an absolutely delicious breakfast. There was even a darling litter of puppies on the farm that my children couldnt get enough of!... More

If you want the experience of an excellently run B&B on a working Irish farm (dairy cattle, sheep dogs and horses), this is it. Brenda is always at the ready to offer tea as well as breakfasts for any taste and advice about the region. Rooms larger than some such guest houses. Wi-Fi not available upstairs, but one is always... More

We chose to stay in Kinvara as we were doing the Medieval Banquet at Dunguarie Castle (pricey, but enjoyable). Clareview House is located out in the country, but only 3km from the castle, so it was easy to get there in the evening. Our room was quite large and had lovely furniture, some of which appeared to be antiques. The... More

The clare View House is a "must stay". Our family was pretty discouraged after dealing with a rental car breakdown. When we arrived at Clare View House, the hostess, Brenda, took us under her wing. She advised us on maximizing our time in Ireland, arranged tours for us and even arranged a horseback rinding lesson for our granddaughter. To say... More

Clareview House is a farm out in the country (3-4 kms to nearest village) and is run by some of the nicest people I've met in a long time. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a lot of help and input about where to go for food, drinks, and things to see. The rooms there are big and... More

My husband and I stayed here on our 13 night, 7 B&B driving tour of Ireland. We had booked tickets for the banquet at Dunguaire Castle (highly recommended), and found Clareview House through reviews on Trip Advisor. Clareview House is a lovely B&B with large rooms located on a farm only a minute or two drive from Dunguaire Castle. Our... More
