During our vacation to Ireland in July 2012, we stayed at Springlawn for 2 nights. Our hosts, Maura and Michael, were two of the nicest people that we have encountered during our travels...very welcoming and charming. The rooms were comfortable, and breakfast was great. Clarenbridge is only a short bus ride (20 minutes) from Galway.

Lovely accommodations! If you want to step into Irish Tradition, this Bread and Breakfast will fit your bill. Good, clean rooms with fine bath facilities. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, done to your order. Maura McNamara operates with experience and Irish charm. I enjoyed my brief stay. I hope they will have a vacancy for me again. Stayed here for a night in mid- July. It was a very peaceful area with a lovely walk down to an inlet of Galway Bay just down the road.
