As i write this i am lying in my bed in The Lucan Spa Hotel trying yet again and yet again unsuccessfully to go asleep.Put simply.the noiae from the motorway beside the hotel is like trying to sleep in the middle of the noisiest construction site evet.One Word---impossible.
