Brian and Julie were wonderful hosts. I felt so comfortable and totally relaxed. Every single night of my 7 day stay, I slept soundly. The bed was perfect and the room had a most picturesque view of the neighborhood. Each morning the breakfast was made to order and delicious. Brian's sense of humor was amusing and charming. Julie was extremely... More

Was our second stay at the B and B, just before the Dublin Marathon in Oct 2011. As before excellent hosts, great sleep, great breakfast. You feel more like you are at home which is far better than the hotel routine. Airport close and city centre minutes away. Will certainly be back. More

My parents stayed at the Annandale and had a very nice time. They said the owners were very friendly and helpful. In fact one of them even drove them to Dublin airport for their journey home, a very nice gesture. They would happily recommend this establishment. More

Frustrated with the long and difficult journey but meet by Julie who was a wonderful host. She was full if lovely places to visit the best way to get around the city. It was a bonus to be visiting Dublin on Arthur's day and Cultural day, lots of drink. The breakfast was amazing neverending food and tea/coffee. Both Julie and... More

With frustrating delays due to miles of construction, we arrived at Annandale and Julie welcomed us with empathy and great advice for avoiding that stretch of road. She was very helpful guiding us to the bus, pubs, restaurants and sights to see, all with a great sense of humor! B&B is a lovely, well maintained home, breakfast was delicious. Brian... More

On my first trip overseas from the U.S., I was a woman traveling alone and decided to visit Dublin. Through Trip Advisor, I found Annandale B&B. I was not disappointed in any respect. Julie and Brian made my stay very comfortable. From the room, which was extremely clean and comfortable, to her excellent version of the famed Irish breakfast, Julie... More

Very friendly and clean home. We enjoyed our one night stay. We got a wee bit lost finding the b & b, only because the streets in and around Dublin were very poorly marked. Julie made us feel very comfortable and recommended a very good pub for dinner within walking distance. Breakfast was very good and the room was very... More

Julie and Brian made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped into their lovely, comfortable home. Our top floor room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully accomodated. Our hosts were very informative about the surrounding area with excellant recommendations of places to visit within walking distance and just a short bus ride to the city center. Wonderful traditional Irish breakfasts... More
