We stayed here with our little dog in one of the "pet friendly" rooms. The room was nowhere near an exit to bring him out, the carpet and furnishings were scruffy, covered is stains. More

Where to start? Got a key to a room someone was staying in, freezing cold, the rooms are like something from an old folks home which didnt resemble anything like what was being advertised. There was leak outside our room drips all night never slept a wink! Stay away!!! More

We decided to book a night away with our four kids for a treat for them. We shouldnt have bothered. tHeir family room is an absolute disgrace and in a state of disrepair. The toilet was loose, tiles were off the wall, half a headboard was remaining on one of the bed. The other bed had none but had a... More

During our 18 hour stay we had to change the keys on 6 occasions, could only access the room once with the key however another memeber of our party in a different room could open our room. Then on the morning of... More

The staff were friendly, especially the bar staff but the reception staff did not seem to care during the following issues that happened during out... More

We travelled 3 hours for a 3 night stay in November. However we didn't stay 3 hours! We were totallly fooled & mislead by the beautiful photos shown on website, the 2 rooms that were offered to us was something from an oap nursing home in the 80s. We were v uncomfortable with the room & there was nothing in... More
