Super 8 of Knoxville West was very nice. The room was very clean, the carpet newer and they are pet friendly! The staff was very helpful and nice and the breakfast good as well. It has an easy access off the highway and you can use the Order In menu as well. Very nice.

Very friendly staff. Room was nice and comfortable. Not an large variety for breakfast, but everyone should find something they would like to eat and enjoy. The eating area was clean and pleasant. We would have no problems staying here again.

Every one was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Breakfast was great and fresh. The room was clean, no problems with anything in the room. Sleep was good beds were clean and easy to sleep in. would stay there again.

the staff was not nice, It looked like they didn't want to be there. some locks was missing off the door. its was not worth 59 bucks. i will not stay the next time i come thru. Found a coupon in those hotel books, you get the when u stop a rest area.

We were traveling and found this Super 8. It was very clean and the attendant was EXTREMELY helpful. We had a few issues and he had no trouble at all helping us. He was pleasant and considerate of all of our needs. I just wish I could remember his name to give him due credit. I would definitely stay here... More
