Rooms were nice size, clean & comfortable. Breakfast was quite diverse & good quality, with friendly staff ready to assist. Housekeeping staff were also accommodating with simple requests. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Crystal checked us in quickly and gave us a choice as to which floor we wanted to have our room on. We stayed on the first floor and the room seemed rather boxy with the 14 foot ceiling. Very professional service from the lady that booked us the room and both employees that checked us in and out. We loved the location of the hotel, away from the main street. The value of the room was cheaper than the other two high quality hotels that I called.

This is a newer hotel, very conveniently located to the interstate and west Knoxville. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Clean, comfortable, safe, friendly staff, reasonable price.
