We stayed in this hotel 2 yrs ago and again recently, on our way to North Carolina. There was a marked improvement from our last stay. The rooms have been upgraded and have better quality beds and decor. The manager on duty was very polite and responsive to our requests. We had two children with us and needed extra towels... More

Staff was pleasant. Stayed here in the past and had clean rooms. This particular stay I had to wash off the surface areas of the dresser/desks before placing anything on them. Poor compurter service.

Stayed here at Super8 in Johnson City, TN. at the end of October on a trip to North Carolina. The place really needs an upgrade. The room was dirty-- left in fridge was old pizza in box-- took to front desk -- manager did not seem that concerned, I guess this happens a lot. I had some bleach wipes so... More
