Nice little hotel. Parking area dimly lit. Restaurant next door is very busy and restaurant patrons use hotel parking as overflow. Night shift staff was very helpful and had a great attitude. Nice people.

No refrig in room--pull out sofa bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. No hot tub. Fitness Facility had really squeaky ellipitical and the treadmill was not working properly and a bike. That's it. Breakfast was FANTASTIC and the place was clean.

Nice place to stay. Location was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice also and the manager of the hotel came by to speak to us during breakfast and thanked us for coming. Would definitely recommend to others.

Hotel was noisy. In a room near freeway for "free night", then upgraded for paid nights. Should have been the same upgraded room the entire stay - paid for it with points. Free breakfast was subpar for hot items.

Great place to stay and have a business meeting. Conference room max is ten, but great for small meetings. This Hampton Inn has a staff that go over and beyond in being helpful for any needs and wants. Breakfast is excellent. Hotel is located right outside the Cool Spring Mall, so if you're shopping couldn't have a better location.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great. I left some items in the room and the staff is mailing them to me. Nice, clean, and quiet! Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

First time we have stayed here at this Hampton Inn in the Cool Springs area. Rooms really nice, clean, no complaints at all for us. There are no mini fridges or microwaves in the rooms. Big rooms, nice beds, lots of towels in the bathroom. Big, breakfast. Not your typical "free breakfast". Lots to choose from. Different hot items everyday.... More
