My family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express recently while on a ski weekend in the area. The stay was very pleasant, with friendly people, clean adjoining rooms, and a nice hot breakfast. We usually use the Residence Inn as a standard and this Holiday Inn matched nicely.

Stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years. Great staff, quiet and centerally located to some great motorcycle rides, price is average for HIExpress, rooms always clean and ample parking for trucks with trailers.... not much in the way of eateries close but Johnson City is just up the road. A relatively new, clean no frills roadside motel for travelers on the I-26 south of the Tri-city area. Helpful staff, clean and comfortable room reasonably priced. My hiking pal and I have stayed here twice and both times the customer service couldn't have been nicer. The staff bent over backwards to make our stays enjoyable and were very helpful with eating recommendations. The rooms were clean and their hiker rates can't be beat. I would highly recommend staying here!!!
