We've stayed at this hotel several times in the past several of months. Breakfast is wonderful each and every morning. We always request a first floor room. Lovely new hotel with great decor! Checked in early with Kally and Cindy at the desk. They were very friendly and timely getting us into a clean room. Room was big and beds are comfy. Friendly housekeeping as well! We will definately stay again!

The decor at this property is beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful and beds comfortable. Location is also a plus with lots of restaurants/shopping found nearby. We recommend a stay if in the area!

“Large, Luxurious and LOW Price!”

Always great service and great stays at HIE in Cleveland, TN. Our guests stay all over the country and this HIE stands tall above the rest. Beautiful atrium lobby. Bigger than normal rooms. Beyond expectation service. The "L" Suites are fantastic. The "L" stands for large, luxurious and LOW price! We will be back and will tell others too!

We had a bad night at this hotel. The unnecessary plastic sheet under the rough linen sheets gave us a very disruptive sleep. We had been spoiled by other hotels which always provide prepared oatmeal at breakfast. This hotel just had packages of oatmeal which you have to prepare yourself.

Obviously a mistake review. Maybe the guest has the wrong location or is confused. We do not have "plastic" mattress covers and offer the finest upgraded bedding in the market.
