We stayed here last fall and liked it then, so we booked again this time. The staff was all wonderful, the pool is great, the service is remarkable, and the location is perfect. Newly renovated rooms with queen beds soon to arrive. The rooms are spacious for our family of 5. We will always stay here while passing through.

Not really a good stay. Pillows need to be replaced with new ones, the pool looked gross with whatever it was that was in there, the parking lot will blow your tires. Should I even say more. QUALITY Inn needs an upgrade.

Stayed here overnight while driving along I-75. It's pretty typical of the Quality hotel chain, certainly not a resort and showing just a bit of age, but a clean, comfortable room at a reasonable price. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was super clean! Bed was very comfortable and staff very polite and accommodating! Indoor pool was a great amenity, especially for March weather. Very convenient to all Chattanooga attractions. We will definitely be back!!

Took my granddaughters and my Yorkie for the weekend. They only charge $10 extra per night for a pet. $50 if you don't tell them and they find out you brought one, so be sure and tell them upfront.
