Central location to area sites. Close to downtown area. Rooms were large and rates were good in April. Close to a mall, dining and other shopping areas. The only thing I had issue with was the fact the front desk seemed short staffed. May be due to the time year, however, the staff that was there was attentive.

Excellent place to stay-very quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Love all the pillows! And Minervas has great food and service! Really nice to be able to walk to the restaurant to relax after a long days drive.

The room looked clean at first. Was "trapped" in Rapid City for six days by poor weather and a bad head cold while delivering a small aircraft across the country. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Jane at the front desk in particular was wonderful and very helpful. Entire staff was excellent including restaurant (Minerva's, collocated). Room was good size, comfortable and clean.... More

We stayed enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, and the hotel was clean and very nice. We loved the pool. The kids played and played and we were the only ones in the pool. There were slides and a ship for the kids to play on in the pool. We will stay again

The waterpark for our 5 and 3 year old was the reason we stayed here. The water was so cold they played for 10 minutes and wanted to go to the hot tub. It was a different layout and a little confusing. No breakfast offered and the beds need more blankets just for comfort. The noise was pretty disturbing throughout... More

Large property that has plenty of space for a large gathering. Good location near the Rushmore Mall, I-90 and other retail shopping and restaurants. Some issues with long lines at check-in, but nothing that wasn't bearable.
