“Not what was advertised”

Cancelled reservation when we arrived. No pool or complimentary bfast as advertised. Didn't stay, but front desk was accomodating in transfering my reservation to the Best Western accrpss town which was a great stay (worth the $50 additional a night). The Ramkota had a great kid friendly pool and alide for the kids.

I was impressed by the overall experience. From check in to check out our stay was great. They allowed pets. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. I was also impressed by the delicious continental breakfast that had many choices. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.
