This is a hidden gem in deadwood. Nice clean place to stay with a friendly staff. The houskeeping was wonderful. The cost was great about 40% less than the other places in deadwood. So we had money to spend on other things to do in town.

I found the outside walk and parking lot could use a good sweeping up. The room is OK but it doesn't have a refrigerator or Micro. I am here because of my dog, they are very very dog friendly. I would only recommend this motel if you have pets.

We found the Bullock Express very adequate for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The trolley stops at the Bullock Express, which makes it much more convenient than trying to park in downtown Deadwood. I would compare this motel to a Motel 6. We have stayed at the motel several times. We have stayed twice in June, 2010 on 2 different occasions. We always stay in a non smoking room. Our room has always been clean with no bedbugs. The room was filthy! The comforter absolutely STUNK! Vomit on the deck. It says within walking distance BS. DO NOT waste your money! I wish we would have spent the extra money and stayed somewhere nice.

over priced , dirty, hornets nest in door way, the rooms stunk, pee on the walls, vomit on the walls, shower head falling out of the wall, floors were filthy, would not give us our money back two rooms 67.00 a night each room.

Stayed one night on our way to Yellowstone. Room was ok. No alarm clock. No staff in lobby after 10. Park right outside door. Cheap. No Frills.
