This is by far the best beach campground in the Myrtle area. VERY VERY clean. Very well kept! Make sure you get a golf car! Laundry, Grocery, Snack Bar, Ice Cream all on location. Nice pools. Lots of beach space!

Our family (we have 2 girls 12 and 9yrs) absolutely loved this campground. We camped in our 5th wheel May 28-June 3. We looked at several campgrounds online and finally chose Ocean Lakes based on recommendations of several friends who have stayed there. We even drove through the other campgrounds in the area to see if we were missing anything... More

This was my first time visiting and staying at ocean lakes. My family all rented a house within the campground. This campground was nice. I was amazed at how vast this place was. It is like a small city, having places to stay, a place to eat all 3 meals plus snacks, a store, a laundry mat, pools and arcades.... More

As always it was another great vacation.Bathhouses were very nice and clean and I would also like to say that the security guard Anthony was awesome he was just a happy person and interacted with all the kids while crusing the strip in the golf carts, very nice to see that.Cant wait till I return again in September.

More than most places we've stayed, they have taken great pains to explain what they are. Read the fine description. Not quite the campground for us, but, as noted, the description was accurate: it's a family-centric mega-park. We went during what seemed to be one of the busiest days of the year -- at least there wasn't an empty spot... More

Took the wife and daughter here the week before memorial day. The crowd was pleasant not too many kids but enough to have playmates for my daughter. The pool was nice and not too crowded at this time of year, don't know what it would be like a couple weeks after our stay. My daughter enjoyed the kiddie pool, and... More

This is the second time that my friends and I have rented a beach house for an extended weekend. The house was nice and there was plenty of room for the 10 of us. The house could have been a little cleaner, but was not bad by any means. The grounds are nice and the spring prices are great. We... More

Small to big houses, on the beach, or near the beach. Golf cart rentals (only $35 a day) and all the houses are nice. I like to drink while riding on the golf cart and go to the beach. We have been here a few times, and it is very safe, and we like that so nothing gets stolen! We... More

the park is ok but needs some much needed updating. It still doesnt have a jacuzzi, or a lazy river and other things that most places in myrtle beach have now and they still continue to go up in price every year and make you pay extra for parking and visitors. They should be glad they have as many people... More

We were long term renters here during the winter months. Amenities were good. Most of the guards were good. ONe guard at the guard shack during the afternoon shift was awful. He was hateful and not a good representation for OL. We also had to buy a 100.00 car sticker to park at the owners property we were renting! This... More

Thank you for spending time with us this winter! We are glad you enjoyed our amenities and that you feel happy with the majority of our team. I have brought your issue with one guard to the attention of the Security Manager and General Manager. We take customer service very seriously and we do address complaints when people let us... More
