I discovered too late that these 'villas' are 2 bed condos and are all owned by private individuals. This means that you may get one that is sumptuously appointed or you may get one that is pretty basic. Very nice, clean, and completely outfitted. We went to the Ripken Experience with our softball team. There were several families staying in various condos. Roomy, and comfortably appointed.
