the caretaker and whole board live here ,all they do is walk around and take pictures and give tickets!
Nice condo but it lacks ammenities for kids and teens. It has a gated community feel and a swimming pool. The pool is only accessible with a parent this applies to the oldest teen 15 ears old also. The pool is only 4 feet deep. The myrtle beach border is 11 mles aways but the beaches are about 20 miles....
