We were at the Westin Poinsett Greenville for New Year's Eve and the hotel was great! The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, the park, and other attractions and was very nice and clean with exceptional service. Historic, renovated property in the heart of downtown Greenville. Large parking garage directly behind property. If you're doing your own bags it's a bit of a hike - get the valet service if you have a bunch of stuff. My husband and I stayed at the Westin Poinsett for his birthday over Halloween weekend. The location is truly the best in Greenville, right in the center of everything. Corner rooms on the back were loud because of ventilation system. Rooms nice, but windows old and not well insulated. Very drafty in November. Lobby set up for Xmas was beautiful and piano player nice to listen to. More
