I'm not typically a fan of the Embassy due to how the noise of the waterfall and bar chatter echos throught the atrium and bleeds into the rooms. However, I did not notice this during my recent stay. I do like the room within a room concept and having the bed room separate from the living room work area. Recommended.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel on many occasions when we travel to Columbia for events at the Riverbanks Zoo. It is always clean, breakfast is great and we always have a pleasant stay.

Very nice rooms as long as you stay on the upper-most floors. Anything lower tends to get noisy fast as there are a great deal of families staying here. Assume that there will be a lot of traffic with that note. Hotel is literally within a mile of Riverbanks zoo.

This Embassy Suites is my favorite. We've had our family Christmas reunion here now for 6 years. Its half way between where my family lives and where my brother and his family live. I would like to apologize about your recent stay with us. Extra towels, pillows and blankets should have been placed in your room prior to arrival. I understand not changing the sheets during someone's stay, but not changing them between guests is un-acceptable.
