We walked in and were greeted by a pair of delightful ladies! They were polite and worked to make us feel welcome after a long day of driving. The hotel is neat, clean, and looks brand new. The room is a typical size, clean, without odor. The area around the hotel is attractive and quiet. You won't be disappointed!

I have stayed twice in the same hotel, but the smell of SMOKING is everywhere. I could even smell the smoke in the towels. This is also a pet friendly HI, which I did not care for. This hotel offered what I have come to expect from a Hampton Inn and why I keep coming back. The best thing is the location near Harbison. In just a few minutes you can be a many great restaurants. Shopping is near by as well.

Friendly staff, but no acknowledgement of Hilton Honors membership. Slow and sporadic WiFi and nothing healthy, once again to eat for breakfast. Although, all of the staff I encountered were very helpful.
