I frequently travel with my wife on business all over Pennsylvania and pride myself in obtaining 4 star hotels by bidding ridiculously low! The Williamsport area presented a challenge and no 4 Stars. After a few rejected bids, I regrouped and discovered I could book this place at the same of less than a 2 1/2 star in the area!... More

My wife and I visited Williamsport on a beautiful Spring weekend and were so glad we booked the Peter Herdic Inn. It is very convenient to downtown, especially for our walk to the Community Arts Center, where we attended a concert. It was also convenient to explore historic Millionaire's Row. The Inn was warmed by a cozy fire in the... More

We stayed here and had a great time but the room needed some painting. It is a beautiful old home but the paint needs freshened up. Also the balcony furniture needs painted and pillows changed... We did not enjoy it due to the dusty pillows... Too bad! The breakfast was awesome and Lena goes out of her way to accommodate... More

We took the last room available during the Little League World Series, the downstairs suite. Oh, my! What a pleasure - half the downstairs of this formal old-world home was ours, complete with an antique square piano in our sitting room. But the centerpiece for us was the jacuzzi tub - what a very great pleasure, right there in the... More

Was in town for Little League World Series with my 4 year old son and 10 year old nephew and loved our stay. A beautiful and formal home with an informal and attitude was a perfect spot to stay. Spacious room (Rose Room) and bathroom, particularly in light of it being an older house. Every morning I went down early... More

The Peter Herdic Inn, a bed and breakfast in downtown Williamsport, was all we expected, and more. This Victorian House, built in the mid 1800s for one of the lumber barons of that era, was warm and cozy. The hosts were gracious, and co-owner Jim and hostess Lena cooked up a whopper of a breakfast each of the two mornings... More

I stayed one night at the Peter Herdic B&B and it was my first time staying at a B&B. It was a really quaint place with Victorian decor and classic feel. The place was cozy in the lobby and has several guest rooms. My room was in the front which faced the main road and with the old windows it... More

We are from Lafayette, IN and traveled to PA for the Little League World Series. We stayed in room #1 and they placed a cot in there for our 10 year old daughter. She said the cot was more comfortable than her bed at home. We absolutely loved the room, the private bath, and most of all BREAKFAST! It was... More

I stayed with Jim & Gloria during the Little League World Series and have stayed there in the past as well. I have stayed in many places in Williamsport and this is by far my favorite place. Jim cooks an amazing breakfast each morning and we all meet in the kitchen for coffee and some banter with others staying at... More
