This was our first ever bed and breakfast. We were very impressed. Very clean, comfortable, beautiful landscaping and best of all close to Penn State. Sandy was very hospitable and friendly. The scenery was breath taking. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will defiantly be back.

From our front meadow, your view is nothing but rolling, tree-cloaked hills as far as the eye can see. You'll be nestled in the heart of Black Moshannon forest – home to white-tailed deer, black bear and raw beauty. At night, look up and see the same sky the pioneers saw. Your ears will relax to the sounds of creation – wind whispering, birds singing, water falling.Mountain Hideaway is only 16 miles from Penn State, yet a world apart. Come enjoy it with us.
