This is one of the better Doubletree Hotels; the associates were all extremely professional and supportive. They have a well equipped business center and their wireless works very well throughout the property. The breakfast is great!

I have been traveling to Pittsburgh the past three years and this hotel has always provided excellent service to their customers. From check in to check out the staff responds to your needs quickly and efficiently as you would expect. They appear to strive to keep their guests happy during their stay. Newly renovated room are very nice.

Very friendly staff and the management is great. The renovated rooms (Higher Floors) are very nice and and very comfortable. We wanted to visit Southside, the Arts fest and the Strip and we were happily delivered and picked up for free! Beds were comfy and room was clean.
