I stayed here for NYE 2012. It was the worst experience of my entire life. When I was checked into my first room, there was a stain that stretched the entire length of my blanket, AND it was still wet from whatever was there the night before. Instead of having housekeeping clean it up, I was given a new room... More

My Fiancé his son stayed at this hotel in Nov. They both were very excited due to the my step-son's football team going to the championships. My Fiance arrived around 1:30pm and found he was running a little behind schdeuld so he ran in to the hotel, checked in and ran back out to get his son to the game... More

Upon entering the hotel, across an alley from the city parking garage, we were greeted by the smell of mold and mildew combined with the lunch special. Elevator to lobby, descending elevator did not work! Lobby was run down. Nightclub had an entrance by the main street level entrance. Lots of people in the lobby that looked like they were... More

If you want to star in a Stephan King horror story, then stay at this hotel. Otherwise, Run Away as fast as you can! Seedy, dirty, moldy, dark, rundown and broken. I don't know how this place hasn't been closed down by authorities. There is also a nightclub with a bouncer guarding whatever may go on in there, just 30... More

Webster's Dictionary originally defined the term "Hotel" as being palatial. Webster would have likely retracted such a statement if he ever stepped foot near this place. ********************************************************************************************************* I share the unfortunate, unpleasant experience of other members while staying at this location over the past weekend. Although I did feel the two-person staff somewhat tried to service the large group of... More

Bed room carpets were filthy. Hand towel had blue crusted tooth paste on it and bath towels had a terrible odor, beds looked like the were not made. We were on the 8th floor and could hear the party music booming through the walls from downstairs.the smoke alarm went off from the burning smell that came from the heater. Hot... More

This hotel was not good at all. I was a part of 2 busloads traveling here. When I got into my room, the pillow were in the middle of the bed with no pillowcases on either bed. The carpet in the room was quite dirty. The pool was not operating neither was the down escalator. When we returned later in... More

We have two bus loads of tired people. Its 12:30am, we're on the 7th floor and can hear the ridiculously loud music from a party on the 1st floor. Our room is actually vibrating! We called down to the front desk 3 times and they said they can't do anything about the music because its a "private party". So they're... More
