Just used the pub for lunch. Awesome. Quite expensive but the Fish and Chips were amazing and service friendly and quick. One in our group could not have potato or batter so they made backed fish and veg for them. Really good.

Stayed here as the 2 B&B's never responded to our calls or emails. Very nice room, clean and modern with a great bath and shower. The pub itself is nice with friendly locals. Parking costs £3.50 in the car park next door.
Stayed over new year which meant a thirty quid increase for the room per night.. Fair enough had it been a quality stay in demand.. Still had vacancy.
Rooms have been refurbished recently it seems and were ok.. Although I'm always staggered by owners installing the smallest tv's they can buy considering the relatively low cost of technology these days....

This was picked by the works internal system, for once the computer said YES. The staff where great & the food was fantastic. Just what you needed after being out all day. Nothing was to much trouble. You where also made to feel part of the locals, Wednesday night great with the local Male Choir coming in after rehearsal &...

This hotel was better than I expected. I chose a single room, which was spacious and seemed to have been newly remodeled. The staff were extremely nice and the included traditional English breakfast was delicious! If you're looking for a smaller, reasonably priced place to stay, I would say this is number one. The town has a few cute shops...

A clean room and decent breakfast were provided at this B&B in this small quaint seaside town. It's also a pub that serves food and drink throughout the day into the evening. Don't expect anything fancy and you will not be disappointed. In fact, in some ways it's a bit rough around the edges, but the essentials are taken care...

My hubby and I returned to the Rame Peninsula in Cornwall in April 2012 and headed straight back to this pub. Still fantastic with a warm welcome, fantastic real ale, excellent food at reasonable prices and a great pub atmosphere.
This is a pub with only 4 rooms so I was expecting a cozy little friendly place and that's what we got.
Kingsand and neighbouring/adjoining Cawsand is a small old type holiday place that you thought had long gone. "Quaint" would be one way of describing it.
The pub itself is one of those places you will like or won't...

We popped in on a Sunday lunch time for a quick bite to eat along our walk from Mount Edgecombe to Cawsand and back. We didn't fancy any of the heavy main meals so opted for a few of the starters. We had the whitebait, octopus and muscle salad and a mixed salad and it was excellent. The whitebait was...

This is a pub, not a restaurant, which is fine but worth pointing out as having football on tv less than 3 foot from your head is more important to landlord than diners. Shame it wasn't turned on until after we'd ordered.
My mushrooms with stilton starter was tiny. Almost six quid and hiding under a rocket leaf. 3 very...
