I stayed with Denise & John in April during 'Forgotten Paths', my attempt to hike the South West Coast Path for Alzheimer's. My hosts couldn't have made me feel more welcome! Nothing was too much trouble, an excellent breakfast was put on & the room was clean & homely. I'd stay again without hesitation!

John and Denise are very welcoming hosts. The Valency is very comfortable with all facilities thoughtfully provided. It is in a lovely peaceful setting at Boscastle. We stayed for five nights and plan to return. Peter and Vivienne.

Second stay for us, this time in the self catering studio which is a wing of the main house. The studio has one bedroom with all the facilities of home - fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bathroom, etc. The facilities are immaculate in every way, furnished to a high standard, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The welcome on arrival was very... More
